Weekly meetings are included in your Monthly Retainer packages. Additional meetings outside your allotment will be billable.
Your Client Portal is password protected. Links are conveniently provided here and on The Trusty VA website. Please email support for forgotten passwords.
The Portal is the central location for communication and documents.
Things to keep in mind...
There's no such thing as too much detail when it comes to your tasks, the more the merrier!
Don't be afraid to delegate! I'm here to help, even if it's something I don't know, I know how to figure things out!
"No Jerk" Policy. There's no reason for us not to treat each other with the utmost respect. I'm sure there will be the inevitable mistakes, and understanding and just plain niceness go a long way.
And finally, I am adamant about not messing with my client's money or their time. If you pay me for my services, I can assure you I will be doing everything in my power to deliver. There is nothing gained if you are dissatisfied with the work I do for you.
I understand that things pop up and you need help immediately. For rush jobs, you will be charged my highest hourly rate plus 50%. This goes for any job needed with less than 24 hours’ notice, working evenings (after 5:30 PM EST), weekends or any U.S. holiday in which I have no office hours.
Exact rates are outlined in your contract.
I adhere to a strict confidentiality code and no information will be divulged to a third party. The details confidently agreement is outlined in your contract.
I use an online time tracking tool to accurately record the time I spend for each of my clients. The hours I spend specifically for your business are considered billable. This means the work I do will count toward the retained number of hours. This includes phone and email communications. Weekly meetings allotted to clients on retainer is not included in your billable time.
When I am nearing the amount of time that you have budgeted for, I will let you know immediately. As a business owner myself, I understand it is important to watch your budget!
For single project clients, project communications shall be discussed and outlined; it will be included in the project price.
PAYMENT & BILLING
Clients on monthly retainers are billed on the 25th of each month with payment due on the 1st of each month.
For single project clients, the payment schedule is 50% down payment and two installments of 25% due on the dates outlined in the "Agreed Services and Payment
Details" sheet in your contract.
Unless stated otherwise all payments are due upon receipt.
The Trusty VA accepts ACH withdrawal and Credit Card payments via Stripe.
Referrals are our favorite way to gain new business. Any time that you generously make a referral to my business. Please let me know and I will be sure to acknowledge you with a special gift of 1 (one) free hour of virtual assistance service, for each new and signed client.
I will be available for scheduled meetings, phone calls, same day email and call return, during these hours. Please review your contract for additional details.
